Brian Goehringer is the founder & CEO of First in Service Staffing Solutions. With over fifteen years of serving in the staffing industry, Brian was encouraged and decided to start his own staffing company. His vision of multiple offices to service his clients is becoming a reality with his corporate headquarters in Ronkonkoma, Long Island, three others in New York, and one each in Pennsylvania and Florida. As busy as he is, he’ll always find time to talk and listen to anyone who crosses his path.

Prior to joining FIS, Michael was responsible for the American Red Cross Business Development in Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Westchester Counties. Before joining the American Red Cross, Michael worked for Barkley Kalpak Agency, an international events company. He worked with some of the worlds most recognized brands developing award winning live corporate events. Prior to Barkley Kalpak Agency, Michael had over a decade in the Financial Industry. He was fully licensed, working with corporations and high net worth individuals. He also spent time as an investment banker raising money with his team. Michael works closely with Habitat for Humanity in both Suffolk and Nassau County. He is also on the committee for The United Veterans Beacon House. Michael graduated from Canisius College where he attended on a full academic scholarship from The Statler Foundation. Michael is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa, an international honor society.

Richard Ackerman is a staffing professional with more than thirty five years of experience in the staffing industry. Throughout his notable career, he has been involved with both temporary- and direct-hire placements. Richard was President of Eastern Professional Temporaries for twenty five years. Eastern serviced many corporations throughout New York City with offices both Midtown and on Wall street. Richard served on the Board of Directors of the New York Association of Temporary Services for five years, overseeing both the ethics and membership committees.
