  • What is a Temporary or Project Hire?

    A Temporary or Project hire means you can have an employee temporarily work at your company to help manage a specific project or projects. 


    Many employers use temporary employees or project workers to accommodate expected growth or handle a peak workload. An example of this is a seasonal cycle. 

  • Do I have to give you an exact date that the temporary assignment is going to end?

    A temporary assignment can end at any time depending on the employer’s needs. Our temporary employees will stay on our payroll but work for you.

  • What happens if I'm not sure if I want to hire a Temporary to Permanent employee?

    We understand hiring a new employee can leave you with a sense of uncertainty. 


    At FIS Recruitment we recommend a process called Trying Before You Buy. This process pertains to what is called Temporary to permanent Employees. 


    With a minimum of 700 hours, you can get to know an employee before you commit to hiring them permanently. We make sure that our temporary to permanent hires are an excellent match for your company through our internal processes, so you feel comfortable when you bring them on permanently.
