  • Pay day is weekly and you can add a direct deposit account or we can mail you a Visa debit card.

  • When do I get my W2 and by who?

    They are mailed out by our banks and will be mailed to the address provided when you first filled out your application with us. 


    All W2 are sent out anytime after January 1st up until January 31st.

  • Who do I contact when I need a day off?

    Please contact the office in which you have applied or call 800.248.8687 and they will be able to direct your call.

  • If I have an issue with my check who do I speak with?

    Please call our payroll department at 631-542-0252

  • Can I be transferred to a different state if its with the same company?

    Yes

  • What are the hours of operation?

    9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.

  • Who do I contact if I am having an issue with another employee?
